Refund Policy
We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase from The Good Dish Candle Co. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your products to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
1 The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
2 The customer must provide proof of purchase.
3 The customer must ship the product back to us at their own cost.
Once we receive the returned product and inspect it, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the product is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately with a photo of the damaged item. We will either send you a replacement product or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
Please note that personalized or custom orders are non-refundable.
